Mortgage Direct Mail Marketing Companies
What is your rate of success with direct mail?
My company is sending mail only 1,000 customers per week. We are a small (CA Mortgage loan officer from 1910 to 1920) in shop. The data we are in the mail is a public information free. The last time I did this the market was screaming hot and the response rate was less than 0.5%. I also was sending between 500-1000 a week on my own. What has been your experience with mail clients recently and believe it is a cost / time effective option?
Its success rate is normal. With the advent of the National Do Not Call List, more people went to direct mail and the response rate is very low (most times). The best thing I have achieved is 2.7% and we can not maintain that consistently. Over time that is less than 1 / 2 of 1%. We have found more success with sponsored links on specific web pages. For example, we sponsored ads on the website of our local newspaper, and get reasonable results at very low cost. Direct Mail Mortgage Companies
Recruiting of Mortgage Brokers - Help ... I need fresh ideas!?
There are hundreds of mortgage companies trying to recruit other mortgage brokers too. I need some really creative and unique ideas on how to get runners to notice us. And advertise through Direct Mail Postcards, networking events, employee referrals, Monster and Craigslist ads, but that cut no more. Even pay 90 to 100% commission so that there is nothing better than that. What else I can say or do to call? Any ideas would be appreciated!
