How I can contact Google directly and have an answer to my Google mail agent again?

Can not get through my address of google when I try to send attachments that are only sent through Google's Gmail. I try to use my username and password and will not accept. Need contact someone on the Google network to find out why not accept WLL. At one point there was a window where you could get an agent or someone to help. Can not seem to find that site anywhere
